This Privacy Policy explains how Clarvona LLC (“Clarvona”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit clarvona.net or use the mobile and web products we publish (together, the “Services”). We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the Services.
01Who we are
Clarvona LLC is a limited liability company organized in the United States. We are the data controller for the information described in this policy. You can reach us at support@clarvona.net.
02This website
clarvona.net is a static website. It does not set cookies, does not run analytics scripts and does not use advertising trackers. Our hosting provider processes standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. These logs are retained for a short period and are not used to identify individual visitors.
03Our apps
Each app we publish collects only what it needs to work. In general this may include:
- Content you create inside the app, which stays on your device or in your own iCloud account unless the app clearly offers a sync or sharing feature.
- Purchase information processed by Apple or Google. We never receive your payment card details. We may receive a receipt or transaction identifier to unlock what you bought and to handle support requests.
- Diagnostic and usage data, such as crash reports and anonymous usage statistics, which help us fix bugs and improve the app. Where this data is collected, it is not linked to your identity.
- Support messages you send us by email, including your email address and the content of your message.
The exact data each app collects is disclosed in its App Store listing and, where applicable, inside the app itself. Where an app differs from this policy, the app’s own disclosure takes precedence.
04How we use information
- To provide, maintain and improve the Services.
- To process purchases, restore access to what you bought and respond to support requests.
- To diagnose crashes and understand how features are used in aggregate.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Services, such as Apple and Google (app distribution and in-app purchases), our hosting provider, and crash or analytics providers where an app uses them. These providers process data on our behalf and under their own privacy commitments. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety or property of Clarvona, our users or others.
06Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Support emails are kept for as long as necessary to resolve your request and keep a record of our correspondence. Diagnostic data is kept for a limited period by the provider that collects it.
07Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, email support@clarvona.net. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
For data stored only on your device, you can delete it at any time by deleting the app.
08Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
09International transfers
We are based in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States or in other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
10Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when the latest change was made. Material changes will be announced on this page or inside the affected app.
